2015-595 ORDINANCE NO. 2015 -595
An ordinance creating Section 18.36.030 B.1.b.xx (Office /Residence Districts) of the
Zoning Code of the City of Janesville, with penalties for violations thereof, together with
injunctive relief and remedies upon default of forfeiture payment as set forth in JGO
18.28.010.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 18.36.030 B.1.b.xx of the Code of General Ordinances of the
City of Janesville is hereby created to read as follows:
xx. Radio and TV recording studios.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public
benefit, and police power so requiring.
