2015-1158 RESOLUTION NO. 2015 -1158
Whereas, Leonard E. Purdy is retiring from City of Janesville employment
after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the
community for thirty -five years; retiring as a Leadman I with the City of Janesville
Parks Division; and
Whereas, during Leonard E. Purdy's employment with the City of
Janesville, he provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated
conscientious devotion to the duties of his position, which he performed with skill
and ability, sincerity, honesty, and dedication; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of
Janesville be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Leonard E.
Purdy for his thirty -five years of loyal public service.
