A resolution approving the final plat of Huntington Place.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Humington Place", a subdivision lying in the NW. 1/4 of the NW. 1/4
and the NE.l/4 of the NW.1/4 of Section 16, T.3N., R. 13E., of the 4m P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the
5 day of September, 2000, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlots, Public Greenbelts,
Public Walkways, Public Bike Trails and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Huntington Place be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
