A resolution approving the final plat of Huntington Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Humington Estates", a subdivision located in the NW. 1/4 of
the NW. 1/4 of Section 16, T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4~ P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 21 day of
August 2000, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlot, public
greenbelt and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Huntington Estates be and
is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
