A resolution approving the final plat of Apple Ridge First Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Apple Ridge First Addition", a subdivision lying on Lot 13, Apple
Ridge, a recorded subdivision, being part of the SE. 1/4 of the SE. 1/4 of Section 1, and part of the
NE. 1/4 of the NE. 1/4 of Section 12, T.3N., R. 12E. of the 4th P.M., Janesville Township, Rock
County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 7 day of August,
2000, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Apple Ridge First Addition be and is
hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
