A resolution approving the final plat of Keeneland First Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Keeneland First Addition" a subdivision lying in part of the SE. 1/4 of the
NE. 1/4 of Section 15, T.2N., R. 12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin
was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 17th day of July, 2000, and is
incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Keeneland First Addition be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
