A resolution approving the final plat of Harmony Grove.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Harmony Grove", a subdivision lying in part of the N.W. 1/4 of the
SW.1/4 and the NE.l/4 of the SW. 1/4 of Section 7, T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4th P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 5th
day of July, 2000, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Harmony Grove be and is hereby accepted
and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
