A resolution approving the final plat of MLE Industrial Park.
WHEREAS, a plat of"MLE Industrial Park" a subdivision lying in the SE. 1/4 of the SE. 1/4 and
the NE.l/4 of the SE.l/4 of Section 7, and the SW. 1/4 of the SW. 1/4 and the NW.1/4 of the
SW. 1/4 of Section 8, T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin
was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 5th day of July, 2000, and is incorporated
herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of MLE Industrial Park be and is hereby
accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
