A resolution approving the final plat of Prairie Wood Estates Fourth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Prairie Wood Estates Fourth Addition" a subdivision lyin~ in the SE. 1/4
of the SW. 1/4 and the SW. 1/4 of the SE.l/4 of Section 16, T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4 P.M., City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 17th
day of July, 2000, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Prairie Wood Estates Fourth Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
