A resolution approving the final plat of Hamilton Heights Fifth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Hamilton Heights Fifth Addition", a subdivision being a replat of Outlots
1, 2 and 3, Hamilton Heights Fourth Addition and part of the NE.l/4 of the SW. 1/4, SE.l/4 of
the SW. 1/4, SW. 1/4 of the SE.l/4 and NW. 1/4 of the SE.l/4 of Section 27, T.3N., R. 12E. of the
4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin was duly approved by the City Plan
Commission on the 5th day of July, 2000, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Hamilton Heights Fifth Addition be and is
hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
