A resolution approving the final plat of Eighth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Eighth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates", a subdivision lying in Section 16,
T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin was duly approved by
the City Plan Commission on the 5th day of July, 2000, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots as shown;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Eighth Addition to Fox Ridge Estates be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
