A resolution approving the final plat of Loch Lomond West Sixth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Loch Lomond West Sixth Addition", a subdivision lying in the
SW. 1/4 of the SE. 1/4 of Section 16, T.2N., R. 12E. of the 4z P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 15~ day of May,
2000, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, walkways and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Loch Lomond West Sixth Addition be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
