recognizing John Westphal for his loyal and
service to the City of Janesville as a City
WHEREAS, John Westphal has served the City of Janesville for four
years as a Member of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, during his term of office, Mr. Westphal has served as a
member of various boards, committees, and commissions in the City;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. Westphal's deep concern for the community, its
citizens and their welfare has characterized his tenure in office
throughout; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Westphal has always performed the duties of a member
of the City Council with an exemplary level of dedication, honesty,
and integrity;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Janesville presents this commendation to John Westphal in sincere
appreciation for his loyal and conscientious service to the City of
Janesville.
