A resolution approving the final plat of Seventh Addition to Fox Ridge Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Seventh Addition to Fox Ridge Estates", a subdivision lying in Section
16, T.3N., R. 13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin was duly approved
by the City Plan Commission on the 20th day of March, 2000, and is incorporated herein by
reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Seventh Addition to Fox Ridge Estates is
hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
