Whereas, Marjorie E. Woods is retiring from City of Janesville employment
after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and
the community as Library Technician, Acquisitions Technician, and AV Cataloging
Technician with the Hedberg Public Library for 36 years; and
Whereas, during Marjorie E. Woods' employment with the City of Janesville, she
provided exemplary service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties
of her positions, which she performed with understanding, dedication, and skill; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville
be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville, through
the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Marjorie E. Woods for her
thirty-six years of loyal public service.
