2014-1135 RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -1135
A Resolution deferring special assessments for sidewalk for the property located
at 551 N Crosby Ave.
WHEREAS, The Administration has determined that the owner of property at
551 N Crosby Ave., tax parcel 0127300016 resides at this address and meets the
conditions outlined in City Council Policy No. 63, paragraph V.B. for special assessment
deferments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Janesville, that the special assessments in the amount of $1,837.27 for 551 N. Crosby
Ave., shall be a lien on this property and be paid when the property is sold or
transferred without any accumulation of interest.
