2014-573 ORDINANCE NO. 2014 -573
An ordinance changing the zoning classification of 2706 Holiday Drive from 01,
Office /Residence District to R1, Single - Family and Two - Family Residence District,
with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as set forth in Section
18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from 01, Office /Residence District, to R1, Single- Family and Two - Family
Residence District:
Property located in the NW of Section 20, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4 P.M., Town of
Harmony, Rock County, Wisconsin described as follows:
Lot 1 of a Certified Survey Map recorded on 11 February, 1993 as Document
Number 1187211 in Volume 16, Pages 221 -223 of Certified Survey Maps of Rock
County, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
