A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE USE OF PAPER BALLOTS FOR THE FEBRUARY 15, 2000
MILTON SCHOOL DISTRICT PRIMARY ELECTION FOR SCHOOL BOARD MEMBERS.
WHEREAS, the Milton School District has scheduled a primary election for School Board members
on February 15, 2000 to select candidates for their school board; and
WHEREAS, the Milton School District has closed the polls in the City of Janesville and our voters
have been assigned to cast their ballots in Harmony Township; and
WHEREAS, all voters in the Milton School District will be using generic paper ballots to cast their
vote on February 15, 2000; and
WHEREAS, it is less expensive for the Milton School District to use generic paper ballots for this
election;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Janesville that it
hereby authorizes the use of generic paper ballots for the February 15, 2000 Milton School District
Primary Election for Janesville residents residing in the Milton School District.
