RESOLUTION NO. 2000-19
A Resolution establishing the Relocation Order for the relocation and acquisition of right-of-way on
Kettering Street and East Rotamer Road.
WHEREAS, to properly establish, layout, widen, enlarge, extend, construct, reconstruct, improve, or
maintain a portion of the highway hereinafter described, it is necessary to relocate or change and
acquire certain lands or interests in lands, as shown on the attached plat marked Plat of Right-of-Way
required for Kettering Street and East Rotamer Road; Milton Avenue to North Wright Road, Rock
County, Project I.D. 5990-01-10 as approved by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
WHEREAS, the termini of the Kettering Street and East Rotamer Road project is more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point 83.42' North of and 915.62' East of the Northwest lA Comer of
Section 17, T.3N., R.13E., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, and
proceeding in an Easterly direction, to a point 11.00' North of and 433.54' West of the
North lA Corner of Section 16, T.3N., R.13E.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Janesville, pursuant
to authority granted under Section 62.22, Wisconsin Statutes, the City of Janesville orders that:
1.) The said highway is laid out and established to the lines and widths as shown on the plat;
2.)
The required lands or interests in lands as shown on the plat shall be acquired by the City of
Janesville; and
3.)
This order supersedes and amends any previous order issued by the City of Janesville,
Wisconsin.
