WHEREAS, Gary L. Stowers has retired from the City of 3anesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City of 3anesville and the community for twenty-seven years,
retiring as an Lieutenant with the Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, during Gary L. Stowers' employment with the City of 3anesville, he provided
exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of his
position, which he performed with competence, sincerity, honesty and dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of 3anesville be properly
recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of 3anesville, through the
City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Gary L. Stowers for his twenty-seven years of
loyal public service.
