A resolution approving the final plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rockport Ridge Estates Second Addition", a subdivision lying in the SE.
¼ of the SE. ¼ of Section 33, T.3N., R. 12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County,
Wisconsin was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 3rd day of January, 2000, and
is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Second Addition
be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
