Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville held in the Municipal Building on
November 27, 2002.
The meeting was called to order by Council President DeGarmo at 7:15 a.m.
Present: Council President DeGarmo, Councilmembers Brien, Damron, Murphy, O'Leary, Steeber,
and Williams.
A proposed resolution adopting a budget, appropriating funds, authorizing expenditures and levying a
tax therefor by the City of Janesville for the fiscal year ending December 31,2003. Councilmember
O'Leary moved to adopt said resolution, seconded by Councilmember Steeber and it passed
unanimously. (File Res. No. 2002-304)
Matters not on the Agenda. There were none.
There being no other business, the Council adjourned at 7:17 a.m.
