A special meeting of the City Council held at the Municipal Building on November 5, 2002
at 5:00 p.m.
Council President DeGarmo called the meeting to order. Present: Council President
DeGarmo, Councilmembers, Damron, Murphy, O'Leary, Steeber, Brien (arrived 5:10 p.m.).
and Williams (arrived 5:15 p.m.)
The Council reviewed the following budgets: Major Capital Projects-Debt Fund, Public
Works Improvement Program-Assessable. During the review of the budgets, the City
Council asked various questions.
City Manager Sheiffer introduced the 2003-2007 Capital Improvements Program. The City
Council will approve the Program in December.
The Council reviewed the Hedberg Public Library and JATV budgets.
There were no matters not on the agenda.
There being no further business, the Council adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
