Special meeting of the City Council of the City of Janesville held in the Municipal Building on October
23, 2002.
The meeting was called to order by Council President DeGarmo at 5:00 p.m.
Present: Council President DeGarmo, Councilmembers Steeber, Murphy (arrived at 5:08 p.m.),
Damron, Williams, and Brien (arrived at 5:16 p.m.) Absent: Councilmember O'Leary.
OLD BUSlNEES
1. Review of 2003 budgets.
The City Council reviewed the following 2003 budgets: Public Safety, Leisure Services, Rotary
Gardens, Tallman House, Golf Courses, and Transit. During the review of the budgets, the City
Council asked various questions.
NEW BUSINESS
Matters not on the Agenda. There were none.
There being no further business, Council adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
