2014-559 ORDINANCE NO. 2014 - 559
An ordinance amending the meeting time of regular common council meetings.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 2.04.030 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby amended to read as follows:
2.04.030 Time -- Place. Regular meetings of the council shall be held in the council
chambers at the city hall at six seven o'clock p.m. Special meetings shall be held at the place and
at the time designated in the notice thereof.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the Common
Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and police
power so requiring.
