A resolution recognizing Harry C. O'Leary for his loyal and
conscientious service to the City of Janesville as a City
Councilmember.
WHEREAS, Harry C. O'Leary has served the City of Janesville from
1991 to 2003 as a Member of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Mr. O'Leary served as Council President in 1993 and 1998;
and
WHEREAS, during his term of office, Mr. O'Leary has served as a
member of various boards, committees, and commissions in the City;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. O'Leary's deep concern for the community, its citizens
and their welfare has characterized his tenure in office
throughout; and
WHEREAS, Mr. O'Leary has always performed the duties of a member of
the City Council with an exemplary level of dedication, honesty,
and integrity;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Janesville presents this commendation to Harry C. O'Leary in
sincere appreciation for his loyal and conscientious service to the
City of Janesville.
