A resolution approving the final plat of Twelve Oaks Third Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Twelve Oaks Third Addition", a subdivision lying on Outlot 1, Twelve
Oaks Second Addition, a recorded subdivision, and part of the NE. 1/4 of the NW. 1/4 of Section
8, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved
by the City Plan Commission on the 17 day of February, 2003, and is incorporated herein by
reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, outlots and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Twelve Oaks Third Addition be and is
hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
