WHEREAS, Donna Mae Anderson is retiring from City of ]anesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for twenty-three years,
retiring as a Bus Driver with the Janesville Transit System; and
WHEREAS, during Donna Mae Anderson's employment with the City of Janesville, she
provided exemplary professional service, particularly with regard to the special care and concern she
showed toward senior citizens and persons with disabilities who were her customers, and
demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of her position, which she performed with
competence, sincerity, honesty and dedication, earning a 19 year safety driving award; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of ]anesville be properly
recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of ]anesville, through the
City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Donna Mae Anderson for her twenty-three
years of loyal public service.
