WHEREAS, James M. Peterson is retiring from City of ]anesville employment after havin'g
diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for thirty-four years, retiring
as a Working Foreman with the Water Utility; and
WHEREAS, during James M. Peterson's employment with the City of ]anesville, he provided
exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of his
position, which he performed with competence, sincerity, honesty and dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be properly
recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE YF RESOLVED that the people of the City of Janesville, through the
City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to James M. Peterson for his thirty-four years of
loyal public service.
