A resolution approving the final plat of Zermatt Hills.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Zermatt Hills", a subdivision lying in the NW. 1/4 of the SE. 1/4 and the
NE. 1/4 of the SE. 1/4 of Section 1, T.3N., R. 12E. of the 4TM P.M., Janesville Township, Rock
County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 3 day of February,
2003, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, outlot, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Zermatt Hills be and is hereby accepted and
approved for the purposes thereon shown.
