A resolution approving the final plat of Prairie Wood Estates Sixth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Prairie Wood Estates Sixth Addition", a subdivision located in the
NW. 1/4 of the NE.l/4 of Section 21, T.3N., R. 13E., R. 13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville,
Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 3 day of
February, 2003, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Prairie Wood Estates Sixth Addition be and
is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
