A resolution approving the final plat of Sherwood Hills North Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of"Sherwood Hills North Second Addition", a subdivision lying in the
SW. 1/4 of the SW. 1/4 of Section 23, T.3N., R. 12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 20 day of
January, 2003, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Sherwood Hills North Second Addition
be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
