A resolution approving the final plat of Second Addition to Country Meadows.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Second Addition to Country Meadows", a subdivision lying in the
SW.1/4 of the SE.1/4 of Section 21, T.3N., R.13E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City Plan Commission on the 6 day of
January, 2003, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Second Addition to Country
Meadows be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
