2014-1071 RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -1071
Whereas, Kathleen L. Garwell is retiring from City of Janesville
employment after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the
community for fifteen years; retiring as an Accounting Clerk with the Accounting
Division; and
Whereas, during Kathleen L. Garwell's employment with the City of
Janesville, she provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated
conscientious devotion to the duties of her position, which she performed with skill and
ability, sincerity, honesty, and dedication; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of
Janesville be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Kathleen L. Garwell
for her fifteen years of loyal public service.
