2002-320RESOLUTION NO. 2002-320
WHEREAS, Michael C. Shepherd is retiring from City of Janesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for twenty-nine years,
retiring as a Police Officer with the Janesville Police Department; and
WHEREAS, during Michael C. Shepherd's employment with the City of ]anesville, he provided
exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of his
position, which he performed with competence, sincerity, honesty and dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be properly
recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the people of the City of Janesville, through the
City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Michael C. Shepherd for his twenty-nine years
of loyal public service.
