2014-1068 RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -1068
Whereas, Todd T. Herrington is retiring from City of Janesville
employment after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the
community for twenty -eight years; serving as a Firefighter, Paramedic, and retiring as a
Driver - Operator with the City of Janesville Fire Department; and
Whereas, Todd T. Herrington has trained and certified numerous fire
department apparatus operators and is known and respected for his expertise and
meticulous care of fire equipment, and his dedication to firefighter fitness and health;
and
Whereas, during Todd T. Herrington's employment with the City of
Janesville, he provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious
devotion to the duties of his position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity,
honesty, and dedication; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of
Janesville be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Todd T. Herrington for
his twenty -eight years of loyal public service.
