2013-1059 RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -1059
A resolution authorizing a non -use special assessment deferment until the
properties located at 3809 and 3901 Ruger Avenue can be developed.
WHEREAS, the Administration has determined that the Naatz Family Trust
owns the properties located at 3809 and 3901 Ruger Avenue, Janesville, Wisconsin,
and
WHEREAS, the 10 year non -use deferment for water, sewer and grade and
gravel assessments in the amount of $54,962.10 has expired, and
WHEREAS, the properties are now located in the floodway on the proposed
2014 Floodplain Map and are no longer developable, and
WHEREAS, a representative of the Naatz Family Trust has requested a non -use
special assessment deferment until the properties located at 3809 and 3901 Ruger
Avenue become developable.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of
Janesville, that a non -use special assessment deferment be granted for properties located
at 3809 and 3901 Ruger Avenue until the properties become developable.
