2013-1046 RESOLUTION NO. 2013 -1046
Whereas, Louis R. Mousseau is retiring from City of Janesville
employment after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the
community for thirty -four years; retiring as an Engineering Technician III with the City of
Janesville Engineering Division; and
Whereas, during Louis R. Mousseau's employment with the City of
Janesville, he provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious
devotion to the duties of his position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity,
honesty, and dedication; and
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of
Janesville be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Louis R. Mousseau
for his thirty -four years of loyal public service.
