A resolution approving the final plat of Rockport Ridge Estates Fourth Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Rockport Ridge Estates Fourth Addition", a subdivision lying in
the NE.l/4 of the SE.l/4 and the SE.l/4 of thc SE.l/4 of Section 33, T.3N., R. 12E. of the
4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City
Plan Commission on the 5 day of August, 2002, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the
City o£Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Rockport Ridge Estates
Fourth Addition be and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
