2002-264RESOLUTION NO. 2002-264 WHEREAS, James P. Condon is retiring from City of Janesville employment after having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the commUnity for twenty-eight years, retiring as a Bus Driver with the Janesville Transit System; and WHEREAS, during James P. Condon's employment with the City of Janesville, he provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of his position, which he performed with competence, sincerity, honesty and dedication; and WHEREAS, in addition to the regular duties of his position, he selflessly volunteered countless hours of his own time for the betterment of his fellow employees and the citizens of Janesville, serving on the Board of Directors of the Municipal Employees Credit Union, numerous special study committees, and as an employee representative; and WHEREAS, during his career with the Transit System, James P. Condon earned a reputation for outstanding customer service for his friendly, outgoing and considerate service to his passengers as well as over twenty-one years of accident-free driving; and WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville be properly recognized; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of Janesville, through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to James P.
