THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 10.16.020 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of Janesville is
hereby amended as follows:
Connecting Arterial Streets
a) West Racine Street
(Pearl Street to Center Avenue)
b) South Jackson Street
(Kellogg Avenue to south city limits)
Except At

a) East and West Racine Street
(Pearl Street to I39/90)
b) South Jackson Street
(Kellogg Avenue to south city limits and
West Court Street to West Racine Street)

a) East and West Racine Street
(Center Avenue to East City Limits)

(Mineral Point Avenue to Kellogg Avenue)
c) East and West Court Street
(Parker Drive to west city limits)

Franklin Street (Traffic
proceeding north on
Franklin Street may turn
right onto West Racine
street without stopping)
