An ordinance amending the City's No Smoking Ordinance so as to exempt bowling centers from
the City's ordinance but not State Law, with a penalty for violations as set forth in JGO
8. 75.130.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Section 8.75.020 N. 10. of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville is hereby created to read as follows:
Bowling centers lawfully licensed under Janesville General Ordinance Chapter
5.72."
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public benefit, and
police power so requiring.
