An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 2310 West
Court Street from B2 to B3, with a penalty and injunctive relief for violation thereof
as set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from B2, Community Shopping District, to B3, General Commercial District:
Part of the NW. 1/4 of Section 35, T.3N., R. 12E. of the 4th P.M., Janesville
Township, Rock County, Wisconsin, described as follows:
Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 915896, as recorded in Volume 9, Pages
98 & 99 in the Register of Deeds Office, Rock County, Wisconsin.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public
benefit, and police power so requiring.
