An ordinance changing the zoning classification of property located at 404 Hyatt
Street from R2 to O1, with a penalty and injunctive relief for a violation thereof as
set forth in Section 18.28.010 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby
changed from R2, Limited General Residence District, to O1, Office Residence District:
Part of Section 25, T.3N., R. 12E. of the 4th P.M., City of Janesville, Rock
County Wisconsin described as follows:
The West 70.5 feet of Lots 6 & 7, Block 12 ofPixley & Shaw's Second
Addition.
SECTION II. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption by the
Common Council, the public health, welfare, peace, tranquility, good order, public
benefit, and police power so requiring.
