QRDINANCE NO. 98-1209
An Ordinance amending the list of designated streets that have speed limits of 40 miles per hour
and 35 miles per hour with the penalty as provided in Section 10.24.070.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I.
Section 10.24.060 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville is hereby amended by deleting the following:
F. W. Rotamer Road from Whitney Street to the North City Limits.
Section 10.24.020 of the Code of General Ordinances of the City of
Janesville is hereby amended by adding the following:
S. W. Rotamer Road from Whitney Street to the North City Limits.
