An ordinance establishing the zoning classification of land located wilhin the 3800 block of East Rotamer
road.
THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JANESVILLE DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The zoning classification of the following described property is hereby established as R1 (Single and Two
Family Residence) District:
LOT 1 OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP AS RECORDED IN VOLUME 10, PAGES 349
AND 340 AND PART OF THE SW. 1/4 OF THE SW. 1/4 OF SECTION 9, T.3N., R.13E.
OF THE 4TH P.M., HARMONY TOWNSHIP, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Commencing at the SW. corner of said Section 9; thence S.89°49'E. along the South line of the
SW. 1/4 of said Section, 825.37 feet; thence N.2°01 '05"W. 33.02 feet to the North line of E.
Rotamer Road, also being at the place of beginning for the land to be herein described; thence
continuing N.2 degrees 01'05"W. 230.98 feet; thence N.89°49'W. 165.0 feet; thence N.2°01'05"W.
396.44 feet to the NW. corner of said Lot 1; thence S.89°49' 10"E. 198.02 feet to the NE.
