A resolution approving the final plat of Eleventh Addition to Fox Ridge Estates.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Eleventh Addition to Fox Ridge Estates", a subdivision lying in Section
16, City of Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, Garmar, Inc., owner, was duly approved by the
Plan Commission on 17 June 2002, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into lots as shown;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Eleventh Addition to Fox Ridge Estates be
and is hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
