2013-1002 RESOLUTION NO. 2013 - 1002
Whereas, John R. Brzezinski is retiring from City of Janesville employment after
having diligently served the people of the City of Janesville and the community for twenty -six
years; retiring as a Bus Driver with the City of Janesville Transit System; and
Whereas, during John R. Brzezinski's employment with the City of Janesville, he
provided exemplary professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties
of his position, which he performed with skill and ability, sincerity, honesty, and dedication; and
Whereas, while serving as a Bus Driver for the City of Janesville, John R.
Brzezinski amassed over 20 years of driving without a preventable accident, equating to over
three - quarters of a million miles of accident -free driving, all of it in city traffic; and,
Whereas, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of Janesville
be properly recognized;
Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the people of the City of Janesville,
through the City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to John R. Brzezinski for his
twenty -six years of loyal public service.
