A resolution approving the final plat of Apple Ridge Second Addition.
WHEREAS, a plat of "Apple Ridge Second Addition", a subdivision lying on Outlot 1, Apple
Ridge, a recorded subdivision, being part of the SE.1/4 of the SE. 1/4 of Section 1, T.3N., R. 12E.
of the 4th P.M., Janesville Township, Rock County, Wisconsin, was duly approved by the City
Plan Commission on the 6 day of May, 2002, and is incorporated herein by reference;
WHEREBY, this certain tract of land is platted into blocks, lots, and streets;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL of the City of
Janesville, Rock County, Wisconsin, that said plat of Apple Ridge Second Addition be and is
hereby accepted and approved for the purposes thereon shown.
