WHEREAS, Thomas 3. Hill is retiring from City of 3anesville employment after having
diligently served the people of the City of 3anesville and the community for twenty-one years,
retiring as a Pump Operator with the Water Utility Department; and
WHEREAS, during Thomas 3. Hill's employment with the City of 3anesville, he provided
exemplar,/ professional service and demonstrated conscientious devotion to the duties of his
position, which he performed with competence, sincerity, honesty and dedication; and
WHEREAS, it is desired that such commendable service to the City of ]anesville be properly
recognized;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the people of the City of 3anesville, through the
City Council, do express their grateful appreciation to Thomas 3. Hill for his twenty-one years of loyal
public service.
